Physical Therapist, Owner
Originally from Michigan, Dr. Mark Brostman graduated from Grand Valley State University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program in 2015. Since this time, he has worked as a physical therapist in a variety of clinical settings with a wide range of diagnosis.
In his free time, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, surfing, and enjoying all the Central Coast has to offer.
Contracted Physical Therapist
Sarah earned her DPT and Master’s in Human Physiology from Azusa Pacific University after completing her B.S. in Kinesiology at Cal Poly. She is a Certified Parkinson’s Wellness and Recovery Therapist.
She’s active in her church, loves hiking with her family and labradoodle, and is an accomplished endurance athlete with multiple half marathons, a marathon, a half Ironman, and a Half Dome summit. She also fosters rescue animals and cares for a growing flock of free-range rescue chickens.

She earned her Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware in 1995 and brings a strong athletic background as a former Division I tennis player at Temple University.
She has lived in San Luis Obispo since 2001 and enjoys an active life with her husband and their labradoodle, Lucy. Outside the clinic, she loves hiking, traveling, scuba diving, and competing locally with the Pale Kai outrigger team. She is a proud mom of two adult sons.
